Reo Carr is a healthcare strategist, technologist, media innovator, and board leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding physician-entrepreneurs and healthcare executives in building scalable, fundable, and high-growth ventures. As Co-Founder and Chief Technologist of HealthPath Strategies and Founder of Research Group of Companies (RGOC), he specializes in transforming clinical concepts into commercially viable businesses, positioning them for investor confidence and long-term market success.


Reo has directed commercialization and market-entry strategies spanning diagnostics, digital health, and AI-enabled clinical technology. His early involvement in healthcare AI informed operational models that improved physician workflow efficiency and patient outcomes, strengthening value creation across client portfolios.


He has advised and supported U.S. healthcare companies expanding into global markets, including China, Europe, and the Middle East, through strategic partnerships, regulatory navigation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. As Board Chair of a leading cancer research organization, Reo oversaw its merger with a significant medical discovery institute in a transaction valued at over $40 million. He has also served on boards advancing translational cancer research, autism diagnostics, and AI-based clinical guideline systems.


As Publisher of Physicians News Network, Reo leads a private news and intelligence platform serving private practice medical groups. His leadership encompasses convening healthcare roundtables, shaping public policy discussions, and guiding cross-sector collaborations that accelerate innovation and drive measurable improvements in healthcare.


Reo holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from San Jose State University and completed postgraduate studies at Stanford University. He resides in San Diego, California.
